As team lead for our recruiting department, I am responsible for recruiting, support and the strategic development and analysis of our pool of promoters together with my team. In project management, my expertise lies in the area of personnel and merchandising projects. I take care of customer consulting and project planning through to implementation and evaluation using specially developed reporting tools.
