Market launch
We supported Swedish Match in the launch of the tobacco-free nicotine pouches ZYN with a comprehensive merchandising and promotional concept. Within 10 days, we converted 794 Valora points of sale to Planogram by placing shelf-in-shelf displays, counter displays and targeted advertising messages on mix modules. The implementation was documented via our in-house reporting platform with a photo gallery to ensure seamless traceability.

Parallel to this, we carried out an experience-oriented promotion with a specially produced promotional stand in the form of a cargo bike. This mobile concept enabled us to present the ZYN products directly at several locations and actively address potential customers. The combination of comprehensive merchandising and targeted promotion supported the successful market launch and increased the visibility of the ZYN brand in the long term.
