CoffeeB - ESC Basel
An interactive tasting experience
CoffeeB's trade fair appearance at theEurovision Song Contest2025 in Basel was a sustainable, attention-grabbing experience - with a well thought-out stand concept, clear visitor guidance and dedicated staff on site. The appearance was conceived, organized and implemented by our team: from the initial idea to the operational implementation.

In compliance with the strict requirements of Messe Basel and the ESC, the entire project was managed operationally and administratively - from concept development and recruiting to logistics and on-site handling. The implementation included the design of the stand appearance, personnel planning and coordination as well as the entire infrastructure.
During 8 days of work with a total of 56 individual assignments, an intensive brand experience was created around CoffeeB. 20 experienced promoters ensured that almost 10,000 coffee portions were tasted, around 2,500 giveaways were distributed and 158 coffee machines were raffled off. The digital wheel of fortune, which was very popular with visitors, attracted over 13,500 entries.
