For the launch of the new "Incredible Burger" from Nestlé's "Garden Gourmet" brand, Promotion-Tools staged an exclusive PR event in the heart of Zurich. The hip furniture store "Walter Vintage Möbel & Accessoires" was completely redesigned and decorated with plants to visually incorporate the vegan theme of the new "Incredible Burger". Nestlé welcomed around 30 journalists and 15 influencers, who were able to taste the new vegan "Incredible Burger" and ask the people in charge questions.
We created a consistent event experience with lounge and catering and brought in our entire agency offering: from the concept to the entire marketing, including online activation via our own micro-influencer platform SWISSPER, through to measuring visitor flows with Livealytics. Promotion-Tools was responsible for the entire event organization.

Promotion-Tools was responsible for the overall concept and event organization. This included location scouting, decoration and branding, setting up the infrastructure, providing the technology, personnel and the entire production. Our logistics team was responsible for receiving materials, refrigeration logistics and transporting the delivered materials to the location.
