On the road for CoffeeB - bringing sustainable coffee enjoyment to life

A job where I can indulge my love of coffee and talk to people? Perfect! Fragrant aromas, exciting encounters and always little surprises make every experience special.

Thanks to my multiple assignments for CoffeeB, I am very familiar with the brand and its sustainable concept. But every campaign is unique - new people, different reactions, exciting challenges. My goal? To bring not only the coffee but also the idea behind it to life. That's what makes this job so varied and exciting!

Getting started with expertise and passion

How do I get people excited about coffee - and more importantly, about the sustainable idea behind it? This is precisely the focus of the preparation.

In order to be optimally prepared for the assignments, all promoters take part in training courses at the CoffeeB Academy. What makes the brand special? How can different types of customers be targeted? How do you communicate the unique concept in a way that inspires people?

These questions are on my mind as I not only get to know the products better, but also learn valuable communication techniques – this way, I am prepared for every encounter.

I also delve into the information material provided. What's the secret behind the sustainable coffee balls? How do the machines work? Why is the concept so innovative? The more I learn, the more excited I get – and that's exactly what I want to convey.

Encounters, enjoyment and aha moments

A new promotion day begins - with a warm welcome from the team on site. After a brief introduction and setting up the stand together, everything is ready to go.

Then comes the highlight - the coffee tasting. Interested customers try the CoffeeB coffee and exciting conversations ensue. There's always that moment of amazement - whether it's about the sustainable innovation or the ease of use of the machine. A real aha moment!

After a successful day, it's time to tidy up. All the materials - from the coffee machine to the coffee balls - are neatly stowed away, ready for the next use. At the end, I record my impressions and learnings in Promotion-Tools AG's online reporting. In this way, valuable insights flow directly into the optimization of future promotions - because every day brings new insights!

I find it particularly exciting to talk to customers and get them excited about CoffeeB. The personal interaction and positive reactions make this job particularly valuable for me. I'm already looking forward to the next assignments and many more inspiring encounters!
