ESC Basel 2025: Clear the stage for CoffeeB, Baileys - and our strong team

The Eurovision Song Contest 2025 was not just a major musical event - for us, it was also an exceptional assignment in terms of logistics and atmosphere. Two of our clients, CoffeeB and Diageo (with the Baileys brand), were represented on site with eye-catching appearances: in the St. Jakobshalle, in the Eurovision Fan Village - and we were right in the middle of it all.

CoffeeB - Sustainable enjoyment meets experience

With its event container, CoffeeB attracted curious glances and plenty of interaction at the ESC. The focus was on a digital competition in which visitors could not only enjoy delicious coffee, but also win attractive goodies. The stand was a real crowd puller - sustainable coffee enjoyment was made tangible and tangible here.

Our Promoter:innen team leader and coach, Julian Garavello, describes his impressions as follows:
"The most exciting thing for me was the diversity of international visitors. People from many different countries came by - each with their own preferences. The atmosphere was really event-like, almost like a party. Music, atmosphere - everything was very different from traditional events. You really had the feeling of being part of something big."

Baileys - pleasure set in scene

Diageo created a real eye-catcher in the middle of the Fan Village with the Baileys brand. The stand was a visual highlight and invited visitors to linger with its integrated bar and creative drink variations. The popular Baileys creations were well received, whether classic or in new variations.

There was also a 360° photobooth, which provided entertaining memories and plenty of social media content. Those who wanted a bit of sparkle could get their make-up done with glitter at the make-up station - a small but effective touch for that festival feeling.

In keeping with the ESC, a karaoke box was integrated into the set-up.

A stimulating place to test your own voice or simply sing along loudly - without any shame, but with lots of fun.

In short: Baileys elegantly combined enjoyment, style and entertainment.

Fast assembly, precise logistics - everything from a single source

The entire logistics and set-up of the event areas were completed within one day. The following were used:

  • 3 trailer combinations
  • 1 refrigerated vehicle
  • 1 truck
  • 9 people on site (project management & event technology)

In addition to the set-up in the St. Jakobshalle and the Fan Village, we also took care of a delivery to the ESC media center - CoffeeB coffee was provided there for the international press. Everything went as planned: efficiently, punctually and smoothly.

Conclusion: big stage, strong brands, professional commitment

The ESC 2025 in Basel was much more than just a music event - it was an international festival with a unique atmosphere. For our clients, this meant maximum visibility in a highly dynamic environment, and for our team, a challenging but completely successful implementation.
