With the Nespresso trailer to Aix-en-Provence
At the beginning of July, we worked for our client, Nespresso France, at the prestigious Rencontres Économiques 2025 in Aix-en-Provence. This important economic forum brings together experts from politics, science and business every year to discuss key social, economic and environmental issues for the future.
The challenge of foreign assignments: planning and implementation
Since most of our operations take place in Switzerland, setting up in France was a particular challenge for us. To ensure that the Nespresso trailer and equipment could be transported across the border without any problems, we organized an ATA carnet. In addition to customs clearance, coordination with local partners was also important in order to meet all local requirements.
With a team of three, two delivery vans and the trailer, we took care of the entire set-up and dismantling on site, ensuring that everything ran smoothly.
Precise coordination and smooth collaboration
The event took place over several days. Our main task was to carefully set up and dismantle the Nespresso trailer and the associated infrastructure. During the event, we were constantly on call to respond quickly if necessary. We carried out regular field checks to ensure that all technical equipment and installations were working properly and that there were no problems.
Thanks to this continuous monitoring, we were able to identify and resolve potential difficulties at an early stage before they affected the event. In this way, we were able to ensure that Nespresso performed professionally and without interruption throughout the event. Thanks to our commitment, the technology and the presentation area remained in perfect condition at all times - this contributed significantly to the overall success of the event.
Sustainable partnership and inspiring environment
Our third Nespresso assignment this year illustrates the ongoing trust and close cooperation with our customer. We continue to act reliably and flexibly - regardless of the location, motivated by this trust.
Another advantage was the inspiring environment of Aix-en-Provence: a city that is known for its culture and high quality of life and at the same time serves as an important meeting place for economic exchange.
